Developing shelf-stable dough will transition from freezer to dry storage, significantly reducing energy and transportation costs while freeing up storage space. This shift enhances supply chain efficiency, lowers GHG emissions, and supports sustainability. The product's longer shelf life and ease of storage will boost consumer convenience, likely driving higher sales and profitability.
Scope of Work
The consultant will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Program Design and Development
- Conduct an in-depth analysis of Tony’s Food’s current management practices, company vision, and strategic goals.
- Design a comprehensive training curriculum tailored to the specific needs of Tony's Food, focusing on strategy alignment, performance evaluation, and goal-setting frameworks.
- Performance Evaluation Framework
- Develop and implement a performance evaluation system to track and measure the effectiveness of management practices.
- Provide tools and templates to assist in regular performance reviews, feedback, and continuous improvement.
- Goal-Setting Framework
- Introduce a structured goal-setting framework such as OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) or SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals.
- Align individual and team goals with the overarching company vision to ensure coherent progress and accountability.
- Training Delivery and Support
- Deliver workshops, seminars, or online training sessions to equip managers with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to ensure the practical application of training materials in day-to-day operations.

Deliverable 1: Management Training Curriculum

- Delivery method: Digital/Printed manual, Online modules, or In-person workshops.
Deliverable 2: Performance Evaluation System

- Comprehensive performance metrics and evaluation tools tailored to Tony’s Food’s operational needs.
- Delivery method: Software/Toolkits and Training Guides.
Deliverable 3: Goal-Setting Framework Implementation

- Detailed implementation plan for integrating the goal-setting framework within the organization.
- Delivery method: Framework documentation, Guidelines, and Workshops.
Deliverable 4: Training Delivery and Ongoing Support

- Execution of training sessions and follow-up support including Q&A sessions, coaching, and feedback loops.
- Delivery method: Live sessions (in-person/virtual) and Continuous support (email/phone consultations).
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Master’s degree in business administration (MBA), Organizational Development, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), SHRM-CP (Certified Professional in HR), or CMC (Certified Management Consultant) is a plus
- The service provider should have at least 10 years of experience in management consulting, preferably with a focus on organizational development, performance evaluation, and training.
- Professionalism and Ethics: Adherence to professional standards, confidentiality, and ethical conduct
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital performance evaluation tools and software and proficiency in data analysis to measure training impact and system performance.
- Company profile highlighting relevant qualifications and experience
- Use of tools and methods to finalize the consultancy mission with the support of the beneficiary
- Applications to this proposal can be from independent trainers/consultants, Corporate or Agency
How to apply
The selected Consultant is expected to start his/her activities at the soonest after selection, and the contract’s duration is 3 months, covering a minimum of 30 hours, with a budget of up to 4,730 Euro.
Candidates should submit the following documents:
- Technical (maximum two pages) describing the methodology to conduct the work based on the content suggested in the section: “Scope of Work, and Deliverables” elaborating it further.
- Profile and project references (maximum two pages): A brief explanation of the consultant(s) background should be submitted (CVs shall be included as an annex) along with project references on the topic.
- Financial Proposal describing the expected remuneration and the proposed period of the intervention.
