e-Think Tank on the role of media organizations in countering digital gender-based violence 2/2
Based on aggregated regional projects in the ecosystem, the e-Think Tank brings together relevant actors and stakeholders from the MENA region on the role of the media in combating women-specific disinformation and cyber violence, where the needs of the target group are defined and addressed collaboratively.
As part of the project on Digital gender-based violence, DW Akademie would like to recruit the following services:
1- Website: Terms of Reference for Technical Expertise and Services
Background: Within the framework of the e-think tank DW Akademie wants to launch a website to address the issue of digital violence against women. The format of the Think Tank provides a digital space for dialogue and interdisciplinary learning, as well as a co-working and maker space to
develop solutions. The main objective is to explore how local and regional media can actively reduce digital violence against women and develop concrete solutions. The website is intended to flank and visualize this project and its results.
Overall, the website follows 2 objectives:
1. Promoting and Visibility of the project
2. Providing open access to all research data & results (materials and videos)
Required Services: DW Akademie is looking for Web designer or agencies to perform, under its supervision, the supervision of DW Akademie and in collaboration with a researcher and a production company, following tasks:

1. Data gathering, storage & processing Until November 22nd
2. Development of a web infrastructure for the
Project in Arabic and English Until November 22nd
3. Building an interactive website providing open
access to all project results (structured database,
visualisation scripts, research findings and
methodology, results) to be hosted by DW. Until November 25th

navigate through the data set(s) (structured Until November 25th

6. Participation in DW Akademies event December 3rd and 14th
Requirements:
The project seeks a company with the following qualifications:
· understanding of the disinformation landscape in the MENA region.
· English and Arabic language proficiency
· Corporate Design and data protection in cooperation with DW Akademie
The technical/financial offer shall include the following:
· A list of software and cloud services to be used incl. relating total costs
· A cost break-down reflecting the service packages as listed in the ToR as different tax regimes may apply depending on the type of service provided.
2- Print company : Terms of Reference for Services
Background: Within the framework of the e-think tank DW Akademie wants to launch a website to address the issue of digital violence against women. The format of the Think Tank provides a digital space for dialogue and interdisciplinary learning, as well as a co-working and maker space to develop solutions. The main objective is to explore how local and regional media can actively reduce digital violence against women and develop concrete solutions.
Required Services: DW Akademie is looking for a print company in Lebanon, under its supervision, the supervision of DW Akademie, following tasks:

Designing and printing visibility products with content
provided by DW Akademie (Arabic and English) Flyer, poster, tote bags, sticker
Requirements:
- The project seeks a company with an understanding of corporate design. Key Visual will be provided by DW Akademie.
- A detailed budget proposal is mandatory
3- Technical service: Terms of Reference for Services
Background: Within the framework of the e-think tank DW Akademie wants to launch a website to address the issue of digital violence against women. The format of the Think Tank provides a digital space for dialogue and interdisciplinary learning, as well as a co-working and maker space to develop solutions. The main objective is to explore how local and regional media can actively reduce digital violence against women and develop concrete solutions.
Required Services: DW Akademie is looking for a company, that will manage the following technical aspects of the virtual session:

Participation at the activities accompany DW Akademie
for all 11 sessions December 3rd until December 14th
Providing backend moderator December 3rd until December 14th
coordinate with project manager and moderator for
overall session structure, run a test for all 12 sessions,
monitor time and ping moderator, share the speakers'
PowerPoint slides or videos, create break out rooms,
launch/terminate sessions and polls, collect&record
attendance
