Meals Packaging
All quotations for the project must be submitted using the financial offer attached and it is important to ensure that the required details are accurately filled. Furthermore, more than one supplier is welcome to submit their respective quotations, and each submission will be thoroughly evaluated based on the specified criteria.
Suppliers are required to provide two types of plastic plates: one with a single compartment and another with two compartments.
These plastic plates should meet the following requirements:
- Food Grade
- Microwavable or plastic plates can handle hot meals
- High-quality Materials
- Samples are required and should be sent to Antoura, ShareQ Office
These plastic plates will be distributed into several package dimensions as below including Plastic forks and spoons:
- Dimension 1: Plastic plate Black Compartment 750 cc 1 portion +LID
- Dimension 2: Plastic plate Black Compartment 750 cc 2 portion +LID
How to apply
Interested suppliers are requested to submit their proposals by email with title "Meals Packaging Proposal" to the electronic address mentioned below. The proposals should include the following:
- Company profile and contact information.
- Prices in USD
- Certificate of registration in the Ministry of Finance (شهادة تسجيل في السجل التجاري + الإذاعة التجارية + شهادة التسجيل في وزارة المالية + شهادة تسجيل في الضريبة على القيمة المضافة (في حال وجودها))
- The financial offer should be signed and stamped.
Any offer doesn't include all the specified conditions or terms mentioned above, it will be considered ineligible

We will send an award letter to the applicant selected for the selected supplier, while also sending reject letters to those who were not selected.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any proposal without providing any reason thereof. The decision taken by our NGO’s management will be final.
