Peace of Art is inviting offers for requesting bids for the supply of equipment under its project “Roots to Rivers”, in collaboration with WeWorld.
We are seeking competitive offers for the provision of the following equipment:
- - Plastic Water Tank (2000 L)
- - Refrigerator (Large)
- - Water Cooler
- - Desert Air Conditioner (Mobile)
- - Waste Bins (50 L)
Tender Requirements:
1. Plastic Water Tank (2000 L):
Quantity: 4
Capacity: 2000 liters
Material: High-density polyethylene (HDPE) or equivalent
Features: UV resistant, food-grade, and suitable for potable water storage
2. Refrigerator (Large):
Quantity: 1
Type: Single-door with a large capacity
Features: Energy-efficient, freezer section, and equipped with adjustable shelves
Capacity: Minimum 300 liters
3. Water Cooler:
Quantity: 1
Type: Bottled or mains-fed
Features: Hot and cold water dispensing, energy-efficient, and easy maintenance
4. Desert Air Conditioner (Mobile):
Quantity: 1
Type: Portable/mobile
Features: High cooling capacity, energy-efficient, and easy to move and install
5. Waste Bins (50 L):
Quantity: 4
Capacity: 50 liters
Material: Durable plastic or stainless steel
Features: Foot pedal or hand lid, lid, and easy to clean, with multiple color options preferably
Pricing:
- Prices must be quoted in USD and should include VAT.
- Quotes must be accompanied by a letterhead displaying the company's name, phone number, and email address.
Selection Criteria: The contracted supplier will be selected based on the most competitive price that aligns with the specified requirements in this tender.
