Gender Trainer

Farah Social Foundation (FSF) is seeking a Gender Trainer to provide vital awareness about gender, GBV and reporting mechanisms to individuals in the Chouf and Aley areas.

Position: Gender Trainer

Duration: 2 hours per Vocational Training session

Frequency: 5 Vocational training sessions over 12 months

Language: Arabic

Requirements:

Demonstrated expertise in gender studies or related field

Experience in designing and delivering gender training programs

Excellent facilitation and communication skills

Sensitivity to culture and social dynamics related to gender issues

Availability to conduct sessions in Chouf and Aley areas.

Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive gender training curriculum and materials

Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions on topics such as gender mainstreaming

Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for participants
