NRC: Passenger Transport Services in North Bekaa - Rayak Education Center ITB Ref: 24 BEK 001
TENDER PURPOSE:
NRC funded by KFW is seeking to engage service providers for Passenger Transport Services in North Bekaa Lebanon - Long Term Agreement (LTA) as below Lots:
• Lot# 1: Rayak and Surrounding Areas
• Lot# 2: Ali Al Nahri and Surrounding Areas
• Lot# 3: Kfarzabad and Surrounding Areas
How to apply
TENDER DOCUMENTS:
The complete ITB documents in the English language can be downloaded from NRC e-tendering website using the below link and before the deadline: March 20, 2024– 16:00 (Beirut, Lebanon local time).

Any request for clarification on ITB documents shall be submitted via NRC e-tendering website using the link available also in downloaded file 0_LINK TO UPLOAD BID.pdf before the deadline (March 25,2024-16:00). NRC will reply to all registered bidders by March 26,2024-16:00.
MANNER OF SUBMISSION:
All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers via eTB system (NRC e-tendering website).
Please submit your bid by uploading all files to the e-tender box web site - the link is included in the file named as “0_LINK TO UPLOAD BID.pdf “, which you downloaded together with this tender package.
Technical and Financial bids must be uploaded in a separate designated field, otherwise you offer will be disqualified.
Please reduce the file name length before uploading files, to avoid technical problems.
Files with the same file name cannot be uploaded.
After successful bid submission you will receive a confirmation e-mail from eTB system.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF BIDS
Deadline for bids submission of bids is April 02, 2024, at 11:00
All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.
