Podcast Facilitator

About the program:

LLWB, in partnership with the British Embassy, has initiated the "Supporting Women on Boards of Syndicates, Universities, and Organizations" Project. The primary goal of this project is to address the challenges of women's participation in decision-making positions and to facilitate and increase female representation on the boards of syndicates, universities, and organizations, promoting gender equality and diversity in decision-making positions.

Consultancy Summary:

In the context of our ongoing project, we are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Facilitator for a podcast that focuses on women's issues, inclusion, economic empowerment, and entrepreneurship. As a Podcast Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in the planning, production, and execution of engaging and insightful podcast episodes.

Goals and Objectives:

The consultant will be responsible for:

• Running 15 podcasts during the month of March
• Collaborating with the podcast team to brainstorm and plan episode topics related to women's issues, inclusion, economic empowerment, and entrepreneurship.
• Identifying and reaching out to potential guests who can contribute valuable insights to the podcast discussions.
• Developing compelling and well-structured podcast scripts that align with the podcast’s themes and objectives.

Timeline:

The assignment is expected to take place during the month of March 2024.

Required Profile:

The facilitator who will be a good fit for the role shall possess:

• Passion for women's issues, inclusion, economic empowerment, and entrepreneurship.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of podcasting tools and platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
• Previous experience in podcast production or related fields is a plus.
