Consortium Coordinator / 3ZERO House Coordinator

External Representation:

• Represent the consortium towards donors and government authorities.
• Expand the consortium's donor portfolio by tracking funding opportunities.
• Attend and present at various meetings with government, UN, NGOs, and donors.
• Ensure visibility and PR activities for the consortium, including media coverage.
• Draft and disseminate position papers, statements, reports, and releases on the consortium's engagements.
• Undertake local ecosystem mapping and contribute to the 3ZERO strategic vision.
• Identify and develop partnerships with organizations, businesses, academia, and stakeholders.
• Represent 3ZERO House at key conferences and global forums.

Internal Coordination:

• Manage partnerships between consortium parties for smooth collaboration.
• Foster regular and transparent communication among consortium partners.
• Convene and chair consortium steering committee meetings, communicate with Country Directors, and hold catch-up meetings.
• Support the development of a coherent consortium strategy.
• Promote harmonization of approaches and methodologies.
• Coordinate the development of technical tools related to the consortium's project.
• Ensure awareness and understanding of the 3ZERO House strategy among country teams.
• Review ACTED projects for synergies with the 3ZERO strategy.

Project Cycle Management:

• Support fundraising efforts by identifying funding mechanisms and donors.
• Define project implementation modalities and methodologies.
• Organize project kick-off and close-out meetings.
• Oversee project activities in the country and monitor work of consortium and local implementing partners.
• Support Project Managers of each partner in implementing the project.
• Ensure project records and documents are properly tracked and filed.
• Liaise with ACTED HQ teams to review progress and strategy.
• Conduct field visits, monitor project progress, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate a program capitalization system in collaboration with consortium partners.

The qualifications required for the job are :

• Educational Background: Master’s degree in a relevant field such as International Development, Project Management, Business Administration, Environmental Science, Sustainable Development, or a related discipline is required.
• Professional Qualifications: 1- Experience Project Management or PM Certification,  such as Project Management Professional (PMP), experience working with INGOs or UN Agencies.

2- Experience with Sustainable Development Projects is desirable

• Relevant Experience : Consortium Management Experience, Stakeholder Engagement, Project Coordination/Management Experience, Partnership Development, Networking and Relationship building, Financial building.
• Technical and Personal Skills/Qualities: Knowledge of Sustainable Building Practices, Partnership Development Project Management, Financial Management, Leadership, Communication, Adaptability, Problem-Solving, time management, Legal and Compliance etc.

3. Emergency Leave : ACTED staff are allowed, after manager’s approval, to leave during their working hours for 30 minutes to 2 hours in case of emergency and to compensate it within 5 working days.
