Request for Quotation / Video Producer / Deadline for submission October 23,2023
We are writing to request a quotation for the provision of video production services for one of our projects. SAWA for Development and Aid is excited to embark on this endeavor and is seeking an experienced video production partner to help us bring our vision to life.
Scope of Work: The video production services required for this project include but are not limited to:
- Pre-production planning, including concept development and scripting.
- Videos will be shared with you, so no need for on set shooting
- Editing and post-production, including graphics, animations, and sound design.
- Subtitling is requested
- Final video delivery in various formats suitable for online platforms and presentations
Please provide detailed information on the services you can offer in each of the above categories, along with estimated timelines.
Quotation Requirements:
- Any relevant terms and conditions.
- References or a portfolio of previous video production work.
How to apply
Submission Details: Please submit your quotation by filling out the attached RFQ , and filling out the cost of delivering a 5 to 7 min video
The RFQ must be signed by your end and stamped ( if you are a company) and reverted back to the email address mentioned in the RFQ

The email must contain the signed RFQ , signed copy of Annex A as well as a copy of your CV, previous experience and a sample of your previous work
