Field Officer

Peace of Art is looking for a Field Officer near Ain, Baalbeck-Hermel who is to be in person at Peace of Art Office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform daily monitoring visits to project sites and provide assistance to other team members during field visits as required.
• Assist in completing workers' records and related MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) forms.
• Capture daily site images before and after work, collaborating with the corridor leader to ensure fieldwork adherence.
• Gather technical data from the field and conduct necessary surveys.
• Prepare administrative documents and generate weekly progress reports.
• Establish communication with municipalities, local authorities, and other public administrative bodies.
• Transmit instructions and important decisions from the Peace of Art team to hired workers.
• Provide support for project-related activities, whether on-site or in the office.
• Support the Communications department by gathering necessary data.
• Participate in on-site preparations and handle all administrative tasks
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing logistics for various field events.
• Aid in monitoring the results and impacts of workshops and other stakeholder meetings. This involves tasks like maintaining attendee data and lists, recording meeting notes, and using observation checklists.
