Key Responsibilities:

1. Tutor-Participant Relationships:

• Foster cohesive relationships between tutors and participants to create a positive and productive learning environment.
• Address any concerns or issues raised by tutors or participants and provide guidance as needed.

1. Participant Selection and Interview Process:

• Oversee the entire participant selection process, including pre-selection and testimonials.
• Conduct interviews with potential participants and assess their suitability for the programme.

1. Video Content Creation:

• Supervise all aspects of video content creation, including concept development, filming, and editing.
• Ensure that video content aligns with the project's goals and objectives.

1. Promotional Films:

• Direct and supervise the production of promotional films for the BtG Programme.
• Collaborate with the project team to create compelling and informative promotional materials.

1. On-Site Quality Control:

• Maintain on-site quality control of teaching techniques and methods used during the course.
• Provide guidance and feedback to tutors to enhance the quality of instruction.

1. Marketing and Outreach:

• Play a vital role in marketing the BtG Programme to potential participants and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the communication team to develop marketing strategies and materials.

1. Participant Support:

• Offer support and guidance to participants as needed, ensuring they have a positive learning experience.
• Address any participant concerns or challenges that may arise during the programme.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree is preferred.
• Extensive experience (15+ years)  in the creative industry, including marketing and talent management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to oversee video content creation and promotional film production.
• Experience in participant selection and interview processes.
• Results-oriented and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Knowledge of the creative industry and a passion for empowering young creatives.
