Life Skills Trainer
Description:
The specific responsibilities of the Life Skills Trainer will include the following:
- Develop (or amend) the curricula of 20 hours based on trainees’ profil
- Prepare and conduct Life Skills/ Soft Skills training for participants.
- Organization of the training sessions (room preparation, refreshments, needed Material, etc.)
- Prepare Training report
- Any other tasks assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Business or education preferably)
Experience
- Proven experience working with an NGO or local community in the livelihood or capacity building sector
- Experience in the training of Life Skills
Competencies
- Fluency/working proficiency in both English and Arabic (written and verbal).
- Presentation skills
- Outstanding organizer
- Strong team player and experienced collaborator
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Commitment, devotion, and integrity
- Solution-oriented.
Language
Arabic Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing
English Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing
French Optional
Type of contract
Service contract for conducting Life skills Training during the project implementation

Qualified candidates are requested to send their CV with a financial Proposal (the financial proposal should be the rate per hour in Euro and a total offer for one cycle: the cycle is 20 hours, the financial offer should include all cost (Training delivery, transportation…) to hiba.fawaz@adr.org.lb not later than noon 12:00 pm on June 23rd, 2023.
