Fista is a  non govermental organisation,  The purpose of FISTA’s activities is to protect, educate and ensure respect for children with disabilities independently from any political, financial or military objective and making no distinctions on the basis of nationality, race, gender, religious belief, class or political opinions.

FISTA also adheres to strict child safeguarding principles. All selected candidates will be expected to adhere to these standards and principles. Selected candidates may be required to provide additional information to conduct a background check.

under this Job vacancy,  FISTA is looking for a technical assistance to meet the international standard. The methodology will be built on the thorough of previous assessment conducted of the existing capacities, and systems. The Recruited expert  will use the assessment to tailor a capacity-building plan which helps FISTA not only learn improved procedures but, more importantly, understand the principles of transparent, participatory, and accountable management which underpin those procedures.

The expert will also conduct midpoint systems review with FISTA to check progress and refine the training program, and will conduct another review at the consultancy’s endpoint to evaluate FISTA's overall progress.

The exper support will address systemic financial   M&E , procurement and HR gaps while at the same time addressing the parallel needs of staff skills. In addition  to that , FISTA team is aiming to be trained through continuous support with a variety of capacity-building methods with on-the-job coaching or job shadowing or other learning methods which help integrate new tools or skills into their existing systems. These methodological elements make sustained improvements in NGO capacity.

The Expert will  help FISTA implement its current projects in a systemized way. particularly enhancing their understanding of internal good governance issues. Also, this consultancy will focus on adopting a new software in addition to trainings on the usage of the approved financial software.
In particular  the expert  will support in

-           ensuring the systems related to the monitoring and evaluation department, Financial, Procurement, and Human resources department are set in place and implemented in line with FISTA’s policies, well documented, and prepared for auditing.

-           Providing operational teams and other programs and departments with relevant information and with the best practices

-           Providing mentoring and coaching to FISTA team as a follow-up to ensure that the material transmitted was well integrated, when needed.

-  Supporting Fista in meetings with partners and stakeholders

-  Staying informed on relevant and up-to-date data and practices in order to adapt the yearly action plan

- training the assigned personnel from the  team or the board  on investigation procedures in case of any SEA case or other misconduct.

- Supporting FISTA’s referral pathway and investigations when witnessing or dealing with disclosures of abuse
