ACTED, implementing the project “[WASH assistance to support water governance and public water and wastewater services in Lebanon for host and refugee communities]” under [European commission] funding, is inviting suppliers of services to submit offers for environmental impact assessment lots for the following description of the services:
Description: Consultancy to conduct environmental impact assessment
INCOTERMS & Delivery point: LEHFED / BEIRUT
Delivery deadline: 45 days after contract signature
The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) can be downloaded from the DALEEL MADANI website at https://daleel-madani.org/ under the section “Calls”.
How to apply
Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the DALEEL MADANI website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or to the bidding documents.
All bids must be submitted before on 23 / 09 / 2022 at 5: 00 PM at the address(es) mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail to Lebanon[email protected], Cc [email protected]. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take place on 27/09/2022 (Tentative date, exact timing will be shared with all bidders after tender closing date) over ZOOM. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
