1. Consultancy Description and Scope of Work

Expertise France is seeking the services of a Web expert to support its partner, ShareQ, an NGO focusing on supporting people with disabilities and young women and men, through Livelihoods’ programs (vocational trainings, soft skills trainings, and networking) and support them in finding jobs in the Lebanese market.

 

Through this consultancy, the recruited expert will support ShareQ on developing a module that will produce reports emanating from data filled by the team on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The consultant will support the organization by integrating the software to their system and operations.

 

Key Tasks and Deliverables

The consultant, an expert Web Development and/or Computer Science, with proven experience working on capacity building and training development, will work with ShareQ on the following:

  • Phase 1: Meeting with Expertise France and ShareQ to agree on a timeline and priorities.
  • Phase 2:
  • Meet with ShareQ managers and staff in charge of the development and consolidation of their software system.
  • Assess what has been done by ShareQ and identify gaps to improve and adopt the system.
  • Phase 3: Prepare a Final Consultancy Report laying out the whole process and which includes all information (such as deliverables, MoMs, timesheets, attendance sheets, etc.).

Roles and Responsibilities

The Consultant

  • Closely coordinate with Expertise France regarding the activities to be implemented.
  • Ensure regular communication with both ShareQ and Expertise France throughout the capacity strengthening process.
  • Collect data and information through interviews with various key individuals working at ShareQ.
  • Assess ShareQ’s current system based on Dynamics CRM, identify gaps, and provide solutions which will consolidate and lead to the adoption of the system and its integration into ShareQ’s operations.
  • Design and implement Dynamics 365 solutions, focusing on Sales module and Lead to Opportunity processes.
  • Customize and configure Dynamics 365 applications to optimize business processes.
  • Develop Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Perform data migration and integration tasks.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics 365 systems.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users.
  • Support for ShareQ team on the implementation of the modules.
  • Prepare a final project report laying out all the process (from meetings, activities, and deliverables).

 

 

Expertise France

Expertise France will contract the consultant and through the project management team will oversee:

  • Developing and finalizing the terms of reference and contract.
  • Reviewing and approving all expected deliverables with the consultant.
  • Supporting the consultant in connecting and meeting with ShareQ as relevant.
  • Overall monitoring of the assignment activities and the delivery of milestones.

Inception

Assess ShareQ’s software development and identify gaps and ways to improve it.

Lead ShareQ adopt the software and integrate it into their operations.

Phase 3:

Reporting

Produce a final consultancy report.

Week nº 15-16

Include all materials (presentations, minutes, used literature, etc.).

 

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer Web Development, Information Technology, or any related field.
  • 7 years experience in Web Development, Information Technology, and Computer Science.
  • Minimum of 7 years with Microsoft Dynamics 365, specializing in the Sales module and Lead to Opportunity processes.
  • Proficient in Dynamics 365 solutions, including customization and configuration.
  • Expertise in Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
  • Strong skills in Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Experience with data integration tools like SSIS and Microsoft Flow.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, C#, and .NET for Dynamics 365 customizations.
  • Professional working knowledge of Arabic and English is compulsory.
  • Extensive experience in delivering the requirements mentioned.
  • Ability to communicate, negotiate and adapt to work requirements.
  • Experience working with NGOs or non-profit organizations.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
