Trainer in project proposal writing for municipalities

ACCD is looking for a trainer in project proposal writing. The training will be delivered to municipal representatives and local NGO members in the area of Menieh and Sahel Qaytaa.

The aim of this assignment is to build the capacities of local governments and their designated representatives in project management and proposal writing with a practical approach based on their priorities. As a result of the training and coaching sessions, 2 project concept notes per UoM (total of 4) will be produced with the guidance and support of the experts.

The training will be delivered to a maximum of 25 people including: staff of the UoM Technical Unit established under MASAR, municipal and UoM representatives, members of local organisations (NGOs or SMEs) designated by local governments.

The national expert will work hand in hand with an international expert.
