External Endline Evaluator

RELIEF INTERNATIONAL (Non-Governmental Organization) intends to contract with an external evaluator to evaluate one of its projects in the Bekaa Region as per the attached Scope of Work and Requirements. 

You are kindly requested to read carefully the SOW, and the requirements in order to send your proposals accordingly 

Please note the below: 

The deadline for submission of quotations on Wednesday, June 08, 2022, at 16:00. 

You are kindly requested to submit the quotation in USD currency. 

Please be noted that this project is VAT Exempted, so there’s no need to add the VAT to your quotation/proposal 

You are kindly requested to sign and stamp the “Terms & Conditions” 

Proposals/Bids are to be submitted only in 2 sealed envelopes (the first envelope contains the financial offer with legal registration papers, and the second envelope contains the technical offer) to one of our offices: 

1) Beirut office: Sin El Fil, Jisr El Bacha, St. Elie Church street, Bacha Garden Center, 4th floor.   

2) Zahle office: Zahle, main road, Al Mousawe building, 1st floor.                                                          

3) North Office: Barsa El Koura, Facing Sammour for Wood, Antoun Abdo Building.
