RTP is seeking for a supplier to purchase Back To School Educational Kits as the below:

The Back To School Educational Kits will be delivered  to Right To Play.

360 Back To School Educational Kits as a backbag contains all the stationary in the kit list

10 working days upon confirmation

Providing 176 Back To School Educational Kits 6 to 8 yo.

176 Back To School Educational Kits as a backbag contains all the stationary in the kit list

10 working days upon confirmation

Providing 180 Back To School Educational Kits 9 to 14 yo.

180 Back To School Educational Kits as a backbag contains all the stationary in the kit list

10 working days upon confirmation

-Each Backbag should be delivered as filled with the mentioned quantity of each stationary item in the table

     D. Restrictions 

• Any manufacturing defect of any tablet will be returned to the supplier and replaced.

1. Qualifications of the supplier:

• The supplier should be legal & registered in Ministry of Finance

1. Proposal submission 

Interested applicants are requested to submit the following documents:  

• Quotation offer of Kits with the same qualification as mentioned above
• The number of registration

The proposal must send their quotations in a SEALED ENVELOPE together with all signed & stamped documents listed in the tender not later than October 12^th, 2021 to the address mentioned below.

Incomplete proposals will not be considered.  

The following should be clearly stated on your envolope: “Ref # RTP/2020/002”. Early submissions are encouraged and appreciated. 

Competitive budgets would be considered.
