REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ): No. RFQ/2021/032 Establishment of 1 year frame agreement for the provision of F&B services
The following documents should be submitted with your offer:
- Financial Offer: Kindly provide a detailed menu including item description and unit cost in US$.
- Technical Offer: Kindly confirm your capability of meeting UNHCR requirement 24/24 hrs and if you can deliver within 2 hours prior notice.
- Registration certificate with Lebanese government;
- Confirmation on the Year your company was founded/established;
- Written confirmation of your acceptance that payment will be made via bank transfer within 30 days of receipt of invoice at UNHCR Office in Beirut following satisfactory delivery of services.
- UNHCR Vendor Registration Form;
- Bidders are required to submit all their enquiries in respect of this request for quote to [email protected]. UNHCR may, at its discretion, copy any reply to a particular question to all other invited bidders.
- Language: Bids shall be prepared in English.
- CURRENCY: Your quote shall be in USD.
- Delivery terms: delivered at place (DAP) to the General Security Office (GSO) at the port. GSO port center is located inside the Beirut port and access can be by the main gate or via Karantina.
- PRICES: unit cost and total cost must be provided without VAT. It must cover all the services to be provided (price "all inclusive") including delivery to the GSO at the port.

All bids must be received latest by: 15 September 2021 – 14:00 HRS (LOCAL) OR EARLIER
LATE SUBMISSION OF BIDS: Bids received after the deadline for submission of bids and bids transmitted in any other manner than those indicated above may not be considered.
BID ACCEPTANCE: UNHCR reserves the right to accept the whole or part of your bid. The lowest tender needs not be accepted.
BID VALIDITY: You are requested to hold your proposal valid for 30 days from the deadline for submission. UNHCR will make its best effort to select a firm within this period.
PAYMENT: Payment will be made within 30 days of receipt of invoice at UNHCR Office in Beirut following satisfactory delivery of services. UNHCR does not undertake to pay by letters of credit or in advance of delivery.
