Provision of ToT (Training of Trainers) Training Consultancy Services

Responsibilities

• Carry out a training needs assessment
• Develop a comprehensive TOT training facilitation skill based on the Assessments
• Prepare the content of the training material
• Deliver TOT training

Qualifications:

• Master Degree in Social Sciences
• Certified Trainer
• Experience in communicating with different background especially with government and authorities, Humanitarian actors
• Experience in the development of humanitarian programs
• Experience in Child Protection, Psychosocial Support (PSS), Psychosocial First Aid (PFA), Case Management (CM), Gender-Based Violence (GBV), and other protection topics
• Familiar with Humanitarian Principles, Protection Principles, and internationally recognized minimum standards in Child Protection, including the Convention on the Rights of the Child
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (with focus on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Understanding of issues and sensitivities required when working with government institutions in politically challenging contexts
• Strongly motivated by humanitarian work
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Arabic, and Kurdish.
