UR/2020002/HQ INSURANCE FOR VEHIVCLE
Urda is looking for an ALL RISK insurance agreement for all vehicles serving all staff around lebanon ( Bekaa - Baalbek - Arsal - Akkar- Tripoli - Saida - South ... etc ) that should cover :
* All type of road accident
* Fire and Explosion
* Total loss
* Road Assistance ( port-charge service )
* Damage resulting from Hail, Storm, Tempest and Flood
* Medical insurance for driver and passengers .
How to apply
TENDER PROCESS: All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers in person and not by email but in a sealed envelope to :

CLOSING DATE: Deadline for bids submission is 26 March 2021 at 16:00. All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.
2 sealed envelops should contains :
First envelop : Company registration ( copy of all official papers ) - client and referenve list - services and technical information ( type of insurance and services - agencies and partner locations ) WITHOUT ANY PRICE .
Second envelop : Offers for the vehicle rental MUST be accompanied with the payment terms that can be 2 price quotation ( price for cheque payable ONLY by Bankers cheque other one for cash money or Fresh money transfer ) and shall be submitted together with the bid in a sealed envelope.
All bids shall be submitted in a SEALED envelope clearly marked INSURANCE FOR VEHIVCLE with Tender Reference number UR/2020001/HQ at the address during working hours only between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm .
URDA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the offers without assigning any reason whatsoever and is not bound to accept the highest bid.
Note: the currency of this bid is in USD only (any bid in other currency will be disregarded), Final payments in case of bid winning shall be submitted by either Bankers cheque or Bank transfer as per the the deal and contract between Urda and the agency
