Registered Nurse (7 Positions)

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Performing the special tasks of an isolation care nurse

2. Demonstrate clinical assessment and treatment skills for patients as per national and international guidelines

3. Communicating with the on-call doctor regarding patients and their medical conditions

4. Providing health education including COVID-19 awareness and infection prevention control to individuals and their communities including prior to discharge.

5. Recording the required patient data through patient admission, stay and discharge

6. Respecting and adhering to guidelines related to COVID-19 specific and general occupational safety in order to protect themselves, patients, and co-workers including:

•  Use of Personal Prevention Equipment,
•  Decontamination procedures,
•  Waste management,
•  Public safety measures,
•  Infection control and procedures,
•  Fire prevention and control.

7. Adherence to the hospital’s internal rules and regulations, established work policies and procedures, and ongoing professional development and monitoring.

8. Treating all patients and staff with respect and maintaining safety and professional ethics.

9. Performing other duties as required.

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

•  Bachelor degree in Nursing sciences (LT Nursing, BS Nursing)
•  He or She must have Permission to practice the nursing profession from the Ministry of Public Health in Lebanon.
•  Registered with the Order of Nurses.
•  In good health and not complaining of any chronic disease that makes susceptible to infection.
•  The candidate should have the ability to work under pressure.

Schedule:

• 2 days on 2 days off
• Day and Night shift of 12 working hours.
