ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), is inviting suppliers of service providers to submit their bid offer to be considered under Framework contract for the following items for the year 2020.
Description: Hotel conference room package/Hotel room accommodation
Location: Beirut
The tender will be for the signature of framework agreement valid for 12 months, and subject to variations and no commitments in terms of quantities required.
The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) can be downloaded from the ACTED website at www.acted.org under the section “Call for Tenders” or on “Daleel Madani” Website at www.daleel-madani.org.
Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.
How to apply
All bids must be submitted no later than 29/05/2020 (may 29th , 2020) at 5:00 PM (local Lebanese time) by E-mail at [email protected], Cc [email protected]. Late bids will be automatically rejected.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A closed tender opening session will take place on May 2020 (exact time and date to be determined)
