The Office of Mada Association in Lebanon-Tripoli invites qualified and eligible vendors, to make offers to Upgrade the solar system for Mada's Tripoli office.
The description of items is mentioned in the RFQ and Annex 1-BoQ
The contracted supplier will be chosen based on the most competitive price aligning with the specifications requested by the call
Suppliers are required to send:
RFQ must properly be filled, signed, and stamped.
The ID of the representative
Registration Certificate
Annex 1 - BoQ
Annex 2 - Previous experience must be filled, signed, and stamped.
How to apply
A mandatory site visit session will be held before the Submission of the RFQ on 30 August 2024 at 12:00 p.m. to Mada's Tripoli office (Mada Association, Tripoli, Dam w Farz, Zone D, Al Wafaa building, 4th floor). Interested bidders must send an expression of interest to attend the site visit to Procurement @mada.org.lb before August 29 at 4:00 p.m
Submission of Bids will be by Email to: [email protected] before September 03, 2024, at 4:00 p.m.
Kindly note: RFQ form must be filled, signed, and stamped, Representative ID, resgistration certificate, Annex1, Annex 2 should be attached
In case of any missing document and non-compliance to the application rules of the Quotation, the application will directly be considered as excluded
