- Supply and Installation of rainwater harvesting system in Rihane and Bentael – Jbeil Caza – Proc. Ref.: W9/2019
1. The Ministry of Agriculture (MoA) has received a grant from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) towards the cost of Climate Smart Agriculture: Enhancing Adaptive Capacity of the Rural Communities in Lebanon (AgriCAL) and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Supply and Installation of rainwater harvesting systems on Rihane and Bentael - Jbeil Caza – Proc. Ref.: W9/2019
2. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain the Bidding Documents in English by sending an official email (mentioning the bidder name, address, contact person and phone number) to [email protected], Attention: Ms. Amal Deghaili, AgriCAL procurement officer.
3. All others clauses and conditions of the bidding document – Proc. Ref: W7/2019 issued on Wednesday 26th of February 2020 remains unchanged.
4. This amendment N°1 constitutes an integral part of the NCB issued on Wednesday 26th of February 2020 and is binding on all parties.
How to apply
1. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain the Bidding Documents in English by sending an official email (mentioning the bidder name, address, contact person and phone number) to [email protected], Attention: Ms. Amal Deghaili, AgriCAL procurement officer.
2. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before Monday 30th of March at 11:00 a.m. Beirut local time. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected and returned to the Bidders unopened. Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at Monday 30th of March 2020 at 11:15 a.m. Beirut local time.
