- Supply and Installation of irrigation networks for hill lakes in Mount Lebanon and Nabatieh in four (4) Lots : Beit Lif, Deir Mokhaless, Kfarchouba and Qornayel – Proc. Ref.: W1/2020

1. The Ministry of Agriculture (MoA) has received a grant from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) towards the cost of Climate Smart Agriculture: Enhancing Adaptive Capacity of the Rural Communities in Lebanon (AgriCAL) and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Supply and Installation of irrigation networks for hill lakes in Mount Lebanon and Nabatieh in four (4) Lots : Beit Lif, Deir Mokhaless, Kfarchouba and Qornayel – Proc. Ref.: W1/2020

2. The pre-bid meeting is cancelled. Bidders requiring any clarification of the bidding documents shall notify the Project Coordination Unit (PCU) in writing at the PCU's email address mentioned above. The PCU will respond to any request for clarification received earlier than 21 days prior to the deadline for submission of bids. Copies of the PCU's response will be forwarded to all purchasers of the bidding documents, including a description of the inquiry, but without identifying its source.

3. All others clauses and conditions of the bidding document – Proc. Ref: W1/2020 issued on Monday 24^th of February 2020 remains unchanged.

4. This amendment N°1 constitutes an integral part of the NCB issued on Monday 24^th of February 2020 and is binding on all parties.
