You are invited to submit a quotation for supplying Insurance Coverage as per the following:
* Insurance Policy in case of Accidents
* Locations : Indoor courts
- Beirut
- Hazmieh
* Total Number of kids to insured 1500 kids Youth , for 10 months
Noting that kids will be visiting the courts and play 4 times duration of 5 hrs each time
No extreme sports

Kindly note that quotations should be sent in hard copy, in a sealed envelope, to our offices :

Proposal to be sent before : 28 July 2019
Envelops should have tags that specify the supplier name and area of interest (Beirut, Mount Lebanon).
The envelop should also include the following:
Legal documents are strongly preferred (Commercial Registration, MOF Registration)
Signed and Stamped quotation
Please also note:
- Price should be in EURO currency
- Whether your quote are inclusive or exclusive of VAT, if not otherwise stated, we will assume your quotes are inclusive of VAT.
- Payment terms.
- Quotation must be signed by an official authorized to bind the offer.
- Quotation expiry date.
- Quotation should be submitted in a sealed envelope to the attention of the undersigned within the period indicated above.
- Quotation should clearly mention the RFQ number.
