How to apply
Kindly note that quotations should be sent in hard copy, in a sealed envelope, to our offices :

Proposal to be sent before : 28 July 2019
Envelops should have tags that specify the supplier name and area of interest (Beirut, Mount Lebanon).
The envelop should also include the following:
Legal documents are strongly preferred (Commercial Registration, MOF Registration, Insurance for Buses, Legal papers for Vehicles and Drivers)
Signed and Stamped quotation
Please also note:
1- Price should be in EURO currency
2- Whether your quote are inclusive or exclusive of VAT, if not otherwise stated, we will assume your quotes are inclusive of VAT.
3- Payment terms.
4- Quotation must be signed by an official authorized to bind the offer.
5- Quotation expiry date.
6- Quotation should be submitted in a sealed envelope to the attention of the undersigned within the period indicated above.
7- Quotation should clearly mention the RFQ number.
