Insurance Coverage

You are invited to submit a quotation for supplying Insurance Coverage as per the following:

• Number of items 3840 Adolescent visiting four times

Locations : Beirut,  Baalbak, Tyre, Tripoli ( 6 months ) & Akkar ( 6 Months )

Item components : Medical Coverage during the activities in the session (duration 5 hrs )

• Number of items 72 Peers Training on weekly basis for 1 year

Item components: Medical Coverage during the activities in the session ( duration 5 hrs )

• Number of items 1 Person visiting weekly bases different regions for 1 year Medical Insurance in the site and outside the site

Item components : Medical Coverage for 1 year

Please also note:

1. Whether your quote are inclusive or exclusive of VAT, if not otherwise stated, we will assume your quotes are inclusive of VAT.
2. Payment terms.
3. Quotation must be signed by an official authorized to bind the offer.
4. Quotation expiry date.
5. Quotation should be submitted in a sealed envelope to the attention of the undersigned within the period indicated above.
6. Quotation should clearly mention the RFQ number.
