The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) unit supports management in the learning, program structure, systems, and tools to measure the impact of NRC Lebanon’s work. The main objective of the EAL Coordinator is to improve programme and organisational learning.

The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will provide support to the relief, development and peacebuilding projects in Lebanon. Based in Beirut, they are primarily tasked with providing M&E support to partners including field visits, support with proposals and reports, evaluation work, and communications. Other responsibilities for this position could include training, advocacy work, translation, supporting program visits, logistics and administrative tasks for various capacity building trainings, coordinating with external stakeholders, and a willingness to support MCC’s mission in other tasks.

NORTH LEBANON

The Case Worker will be responsible for providing direct support and care for high risk cases of persons with specific needs (PwSN), including psychosocial support and case management. The Case Worker will be supervised by the case management officer to ensure qualitative and effective case management. Two case workers are needed in Zahle as base but covering North Bekaa areas, and one case worker in Aarsal also covering other areas of North Bekaa outside Aarsal. It is anticipated that the caseload will be an average of 30 active cases in a given period.

The Procurement Officer supports the Logistics Coordinator in the planning, implementation, and follow-up of procurements. S/he provides support and recommendations to improve the efficiency of the purchasing process at the mission level.
