Required Service: "RI - Lebanon office" intends to sign a framework agreement with a selected one or more therapists to provide "psychosocial support", as per the attached Scope of Work and Requirements.

The Education Technical Lead is responsible for providing technical support for the planning and implementation of RI’s education programs responding to the Syrian crisis in Lebanon. This includes education programming focusing on non-formal education, remedial education, online learning, and complementary education services. In addition, s/he works closely with the Program Director, Program Manager, and other colleagues, as appropriate.

Under the direct supervision of DCD-Programs, the MEAL Manager will be responsible for cross-cutting programmatic information management, MEAL, and ensuring that information collected is reflected upon, used to improve ongoing programs, and is incorporated into consistently high-quality reports.

To ensure holistic care, specialized Mental Health services will be provided to patients identified by RI’s Health team for referral and subsidization of secondary health care services at the contracted hospitals. Under the supervision and guidance of the Mental Health Supervisor, the Case Manager Assistant is responsible for the implementation of activities and tasks which are related to strengthening knowledge and increasing awareness of and access to mental health through outreach plans. The Case Manager will conduct individual and group Psychosocial Support (PSS) interventions.

The Case Manager will conduct individual and group Psychosocial Support (PSS) interventions, assess patients in need of specialized Mental Health services and ensure internal referrals to RI’s Mental Health Team at PHCC level.

The HR Clerical Assistant will support the Human Resources department by performing administrative and clerical tasks. The role includes maintaining employee records, organizing files, preparing reports, processing documentation, assisting with onboarding processes, scheduling interviews, managing correspondence, and handling routine inquiries from employees. The role will ensure the smooth operation of HR activities by organizing files, preparing reports, and updating HR databases.
