الوصف: 
  • Report to the Finance Coordinator, and coordinate with other RI-Lebanon office staff as necessary to implement required tasks. 
  • Responsible for reviewing the financial documentation provided by RI partners, and ensuring all documents received are adequate and reconciled with the shared reports with respect to the signed agreement between RI and the Primary Health Care Centers (PHCCs). 
  • Responsible for reviewing special program-related payment requests, ensuring all support documents are adequate with respect to RI policies and SOPs. 
  • Focal point with Bank of Beirut and responsible for executing all types of payments vouchers, such as (Wire transfers, Bank cash letters, upload files, etc...) 
  • Focal point with RI Financial Service provider and responsible for executing the approved payments vouchers.  
  • Focal point and responsible for handling all finance-related complaints received from the program related to issues with payments in coordination with the bank of Beirut and RI Financial service provider. 
  • File all backups for all transactions and monthly financial reports, scan all documents, and upload them on the RI accounting system (Netsuite) daily, ensuring that all transactions have proper backup documentation by the end of each month with respect to RI policies and procedures.
  • Assist the Finance Coordinator in the preparation of Field Office Financial documents for external and internal audits. This includes but not limited to, samples of transactional documentation, reports, manuals, SOPs, etc.  
  • Perform other duties as needed.
