The Near East Foundation (NEF) is seeking candidates for a Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Officer to be based in its ‎Lebanon office in Beirut. The purpose of the MEL Officer is to ensure all MEL responsibilities are performed to the highest standards and according to donor and NEF guidelines.
