Management Systems International (MSI), a sub-awardee to Counterpart International, Inc. under the Lebanon BALADI CAP Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) seeks applications from Lebanese Civil Society Organizations for the purpose of designing and delivering technical assistance to Lebanese municipalities/unions and civil society organizations, in order to improve their skills in organization development, financial management, information technology, disaster management, advocacy and outreach/communication at the local level.
