LADE is seeking an enthusiastic consultant or group of people to design a get out the vote campaign ahead of 2022 parliamentary elections. The campaign shall consist of videos, visuals, and social media branding targeting general voters, first-time voters, and observers.

LADE is seeking a gender electoral expert to:
-Develop LADE’s election-monitoring methodology from a gender perspective i.e. in other words develop an adequate methodology to monitor the inclusiveness of women in the democratic process as voters, polling officials and candidates.
- Guiding the project coordinator to write the final report addressing women political participation in Lebanon based on the observation’s findings and collected data, along with recommendations to improve Lebanon’s future democratic processes.

The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will develop a systematic monitoring framework, in line with LADE’s programmatic strategy, to improve the qualitative and quantitative evidence gathered for 2022 election’s operation and develop a systematic monitoring framework. The M&E officer will contribute in enhancing the internal monitoring assessment and compliance.

Under this project, the media consultant will execute a Get-out-to-vote media campaign from a gender lens, along with other campaign targeting gender challenges across universities.

The consultant is expected to produce 6 papers barometer/index papers to measure the level of clientalism of political blocs and emerging parties in Lebanon prior to elections

During the past years, the relation between party and citizen was usually negotiated in the language of clientelistic/sectarian politics. LADE is implementing a project aiming at enhancing women’s political participation and in leadership positions, through analysis of legislation and challenges impeding women from equitable representation, and through building a constituency of support among different stakeholders prior to the 2022 parliamentary elections. For this, LADE is aiming at hiring a freelancer to produce short movies and infographics shedding light at obstacles facing women at the political, social and legal spheres.

Reporting to the project manager, the overall responsibility of the Junior M&E Officer is to provide ongoing support to the project team at LADE with a view to ensuring that the project maintains its strategic vision and that its activities result in the achievement of its intended outputs. The M&E officer will assist the Project Manager in preparing progress reports related to a gender political participation project and will monitor the project activities along with collecting and analyzing data in relation to the project.

LADE is seeking to subcontract a Lebanese firm that is highly experienced in carrying out large scale household surveys to implement phone calls survey with citizens.
The aim from the opinion poll is to detect the knowledge and perceptions of the citizens about decentralization as well as all relevant public matters. The opinion poll shall aim at investigating issues mainly pertaining to the clientalism, perceptions of state institutions, services provided to citizens by political parties, and other related issues.
