The International Rescue Committee (the IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection, and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict. With funding from various international donors, the IRC supports Syrian refugees and host communities throughout Lebanon in the areas of protection, women's empowerment, economic recovery and development, and education.

The purpose of this RFA is to invite Child Protection local organizations working in the humanitarian and developmental fields in North of Lebanon and North of Beqaa to submit an application for a potential partnership opportunity with the IRC in the framework of its current and upcoming programming in Lebanon. The local organizations would be supported to scale up or adapt their capacities to provide focused PSS and risk mitigation activities for vulnerable and at-risk children aged 6 to 17 years old from refugee, host and other (stateless, etc.) communities.
