The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is an international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict. IRC responds to the world’s worst humanitarian crises and helps people to survive and rebuild their lives. Founded in 1933, the IRC offers lifesaving care and life-changing assistance to refugees forced to flee from war or disaster.
The IRC operates in Lebanon and Jordan. IRC has a requirement to establish a Service/Purchase Agreements with a company that can provide the below:
- Evaluation services for one of the projects.

Interested and suitably qualified suppliers may request complete tender information/tender documents through an email subject with RFP reference number to the email provided below:
Completed bids and proposals must be submitted to IRC at the given email address in RFP by Close of Business, 6 Aug 2020
All bids must fully answer all questions in the RFP. All required documentation must be submitted together with the quotation. Failure to complete any parts of the RFP document, or failure to submit required documentation will result in elimination from the bid process.
Bids will not be accepted after the close of business on BID CLOSING DATE.
