The Senior Health Officer (SHO) is responsible for the technical support of partners, health facilities and community health teams. The SHO will provide support to program daily activities, training, and follow up processes. The SHO will be responsible in collecting information from the field and providing updates to the program and will be coordinating with other IRC programs to optimize the integration of health with other sectors.

The Child Protection (CP) Officer will be responsible for working in partnership with IRC Child Protection Partners, schools, and community stakeholders. Included but was not limited to designing, planning, and leading capacity-building activities for the partners and community stakeholders.

The Nutrition Senior Officer will manage nutrition activities and staff (IYCF, malnutrition screening, breastfeeding counseling) through field visits, provide IYCF technical support to staff and ensure proper implementation of guidelines for mother-child assessments, facilitate outreach activities, cross-sectoral programming, and communication between health programs, lead focus group discussions with caregivers, develop assessment tools, and contribute to creating educational content and awareness materials on breastfeeding and complementary feeding.

The clinical psychologist is responsible for providing professional therapeutic services to in school and Dirasa children (out of school for more than 2 years Lebanese and Syrian children enrolled in private and semi-private schools in BML) in need for intervention, addressing mental health, emotional, behavioral, or developmental issues.

The psychomotor therapist is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapy for motor, coordination, and sensory integration difficulties in children at school or under Dirasa (out of school for more than 2 years Lebanese and Syrian children enrolled in private and private free schools in Beirut/Mount Lebanon BML).

The speech therapist is responsible for preventing, assessing, diagnosing and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children at school or under Dirasa (out of school for more than 2 years Lebanese and Syrian children enrolled in private and private free schools in Beirut/Mount Lebanon BML).
