The Business Incubation Association in Tripoli (BIAT) is a leading Lebanese Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) founded in 2006 to empower individuals, businesses, and communities. BIAT plays a pivotal role in fostering entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainable economic development across Lebanon, particularly in underserved regions. Recognized by international and local development actors as a success story in SME support, BIAT has implemented over 60 impactful projects and supported more than 5,000 entrepreneurs and MSMEs.

With a focus on job creation, economic resilience, and community transformation, BIAT provides tailored services including business
incubation, access to finance, capacity building, and market linkages. Its interventions span key industries such as agribusiness, green
energy, and social livelihood, ensuring alignment with local needs and global sustainable development goals (SDGs). BIAT’s
advocacy efforts further address systemic barriers and champion inclusive growth, amplifying opportunities for youth, women, and marginalized groups.

Through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships, BIAT remains committed to being a catalyst for change, driving prosperity, stability, and growth in Lebanon.

Events and Visibility Officer

The Event and Visibility Officer will play a vital role in enhancing BIAT’s visibility, strengthening its brand awareness, and fostering stakeholder engagement through impactful events and strategic communication. The officer will plan and execute events, create engaging content, and implement innovative visibility strategies to showcase BIAT’s achievements and initiatives. He/she will manage BIAT’s online and offline presence, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to maximize outreach and engagement.

Project Coordinator – Agri Agro 360

وظيفة

Responsible for facilitating and managing the full lifecycle of the Agri Agro 360 services/Coordinating and scheduling all activities that support entrepreneurs in the agribusiness and agrofood processing sectors. The coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, organizing consultations with experts in areas such as feasibility studies, market research, business planning, product development, certification, and technical testing. The role requires a high level of organization and stakeholder management to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
