Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Assistant to join our team at BIAT for a project that supports MSMEs (in Tripoli and nearby North areas) in several sectors including traditional light manufacturing and creative industries, as well as in the agro, fisheries, restaurants, and services sectors. The successful candidate should preferably have an engineering background and be able to work collaboratively with other team members to implement the project effectively.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Communications and Content Writer to join our NGO team. The Communications and Content Writer will be responsible for conducting interviews, developing meeting summaries, and creating communication documents for internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for creating newsletters that communicate our NGO's mission, activities, and impact to our target audience, success stories, history, articles... Candidate preferable a female from Tripoli/North Lebanon familiar with the ecosystem.

monthly time sheet for project staff, monthly bank reconciliation for project bank account, preparing monthly salary for project staff, preparing payment order to suppliers related to the project, responsible with the project coordinator on the procurement procedures of the project, data entry in accounting software all documents related to the project, preparing the quarterly interim financial statement, responsible to apply all donor financial guidelines, responsible for all financial supportive documents related to the project, responsible on all procurement related to the project

Will be responsible for creating the outreach campaign that will get the applicants. Will be responsible for communicating with the applicants and selected beneficiaries on all updates of the project and their progress throughout the project.

Also, will be responsible for the field visits to the applicants to validate the data provided and ensure proper selection of beneficiaries.

Will oversee the designing of the coaching program. Will coach the selected beneficiaries through the entirety of the project. Will help set the selection criteria on which will be used as a basis to select the beneficiaries.

Will oversee acting on the approved action plan. Will be communicating with GIZ team to update them on progress of activities. Will delegate tasks to the responsible officer or expert and set the workplan for the implementation of the activities. Will be involved in all activities of the project and facilitate their work when necessary

Will follow up on activities and the progress of the implementation. Will guide team on the design of the project and of the risk associated with each activity. Will make sure team is abiding to the contract.

Promotion and Event Coordinator - Business Incubation Association in Tripoli

Relevant Experience:
Possession of a degree in a relevant field; Marketing, Journalism, Education, Business Development, or similar relevant field
1-3 years previous work experience in a similar role
Have knowledge and interest in public relations, enthusiastic about youth entrepreneurship and events
Well-engaged in Tripoli entrepreneurial eco-system
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), organizational and interpersonal skills.
Excellent English and Arabic Language Level
Excellent leadership and people-driving skills
