In charge of the overall implementation of poultry and bakeries project activities on a regional scale.

Under the technical supervision of the Project manager and in close coordination with project coordinator and the project teams (4 field officers), the poultry expert will be responsible for the implementation of an initiative to distribute and make productive 400 Household poultry units, as well as to support 10 Poultry farms, on a national scale.
He/she will supervise the activities of and provide technical guidance to the field officers and the local production units and poultry farms.

• Ability to adapt and adjust to changing processes, constantly seeking process improvement.
• Familiar with Windows Server, latest windows version, and Microsoft office

General Responsibilities
The Office Coordinator represents AVSI in his jurisdiction and in particular:
- Is responsible of the Field Office and of the correct execution of all the rules and procedures of AVSI Lebanon.
- Does a weekly meeting with all his field staff and send the report of the meeting to Lebanon Central Office.
- Sends official communication & papers to Lebanon Central office
- Has to be present in all meetings done with local stakeholders (municipalities, intelligence agents, …) as well as with local partners and other personnel such as owners of centers… in order to op

Adequately plan and supervise the rehabilitation and construction works taking place under the Cash for Work intervention “RE.STA. Resilience and Social Stability. Temporary job opportunities for vulnerable people to support Lebanese Municipalities in handling the economic consequences of the crisis - AID 11712 – AID 11948”, funded by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation.

The MEAL Coordinator for Education is responsible for the supervision of the M&E component of all AVSI Education projects.

Purpose:
Support the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Department.
Role :
The Accountability Officer is responsible for 1) overseeing and ensure consistent and systematic, recording, processing, resolution and response of complaints and feedback received from the communities we work with on daily basis. 2) Aiding in conducting training and awareness sessions internally and externally to all AVSI’s stakeholders.

Role
The MEAL Officer will be responsible for the design, coordination and implementation of the monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning framework of the assigned projects. He/she will develop a systematic monitoring framework to improve the qualitative and quantitative evidence gathered by the projects and strengthen their accountability. The MEAL Officer will also provide support to the development of AVSI’s programs, particularly in proposal development and in collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data.

• To promote, accompany & strengthen the process of incorporating the four key principles of protection mainstreaming: prioritizing safety and dignity and avoid causing harm, ensuring meaningful access, accountability, participation and empowerment within the projects while seeking to ensure a proper gender lens in all relevant phases of a project.
• To ensure the proper identification of vulnerable persons of concern (PoC), youths and adults, to safe refer them for case management support and/or additional relevant services available and/or to follow-up on specific cases.

To Assist the project manager in the overall management of the project activities in close coordination with the Livelihood Department management and staff.
