The technical officer (Vocational and internship) will be in charge of monitoring and coordinating all TVET and internship activities related to the linkage of the students with the world of work in close collaboration with the Private Sector Coordinator and partners.

Animators will be responsible for the conduction of the PSS sessions within the NFE programs, the awareness sessions and campaigns, public events. They will follow up the different groups of children attending to the activities in the centers and will be deployed to the public schools to support teachers during the remedial classes and during the back to school campaign.

Assist the Outreach team to search for children and enroll them in educational projects and meet at community level the youth interested in educational or vocational activities.

In the frame of the Education activities implemented and, with particular focus on the Madad Back to The Future project implemented by the Regional consortium that AVSI leads country wise (other partners are TDH and WCH) and that engages directly AVSI in Saida and Nabatiyeh, ensuring a safe, secure and child friendly implementation of the program dedicated to children from 3 to 14 years old.

- Plan and monitor the implementation of vocational courses in the agricultural vocational schools as well as external centers, following the methodologies set by the livelihood department and respecting the logistical, administrative and communication processes;

Provide effective guidance and technical assistance to technical officers and assess the needs in term of capacity building, especially to those in need of improvement of performance;

The Human Resource Officer is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling

Maintain all accounting information by recording transactions, analyzing General ledger accounts and reconciles all types of accounts.

Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role and ensure timely closing and monitoring of Trial balance
