The Individual & Family Social Worker will be in charge of Individual and Family Case Management and Counseling and will work on ensuring that the ABAAD centers are a safe space for those seeking support. The post holder will provide confidential case management and psychosocial support, as well as referrals to other service providers as needed. They will work with vulnerable women and girls, those at risk of GBV, and survivors of GBV and will be the first point of contact for those in need.

The Program Manager leads all project coordinators and ensures that efficient and quality project management standards are applied. S/He assists in identifying and resolving all issues efficiently for all projects. S/He coordinates with the Implementation Manager and Grants Coordinator to monitor all phases of project management cycles and maintain project objectives within the required timeframe and budget.

he Internal Control & Compliance Officer's primary purpose is to develop, oversee, and monitor accounting transactions, policies, and procedures and ensure compliance with GAAP. In addition, she/he ensures ABAAD's financial integrity and systems are transparent, standardized, and accountable, and the accounting transactions are safe from potentially unethical or illegal activities.

The Night Care Attendant  is expected to ensure appropriate case management of  beneficiaries residing at the shelter. Where the shelter is a Middle-way Transition House is a free, safe, supportive shelter for abused women or for women at risk of violence, both single women and women with their children.
