The Finance Officer will provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing financial documents & reports. The Finance Officer will support the implementation of a quality and impact of projects and to ensure accurate timely and swift financial accounting of ABAAD different programs and meet local legal, organizational and donor reporting requirements.

The Night Care Attendant is expected to ensure appropriate case management of beneficiaries residing at the shelter. Where the shelter is a Middle-way Transition House is a free, safe, supportive shelter for abused women or for women at risk of violence, both single women and women with their children.

The HR Manager (Generalist) is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources within ABAAD. This position requires a broad understanding of HR functions and the ability to handle a diverse range of responsibilities, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

The GBV Case Worker (GBV-CW) is responsible for ensuring that the Mid-way House (MWH)  is a safe space for those seeking support. The GBV-CW will provide confidential case management and psychosocial support, as well as referrals to other service providers as needed. The GBV-CW will work with vulnerable women and girls, those at risk of GBV and survivors of GBV that are present at ABAAD’s Shelter. The GBV-CW is usually the first point of contact for those in need.

The Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Coordinaor will be leading the MEL unit at ABAAD. Adding to overseeing and managing the MEL officers, the MEL Manager will ensure that the activities result in the achievement of its intended outputs and outcomes in a timely manner and in line with ABAAD’s standards and mission.

Depression is the most common mental health issue, affecting women of childbearing age. 20%-25% of women in low and middle-income countries experience depression during pregnancy or shortly after childbirth. This can be very distressing and affects not only the mother, but also her child.
