A qualified and experienced trainer is to be selected to conduct trainings for youth with less opportunities to help them receive capacity building and gain skills that will allow them to generate income. The trainer will deliver a highly interactive training sessions to the selected participants to provide them with the main elements of Solar Panel as well as the business insights and marketing aspects of Solar Panel which offer the trainees the opportunity to become self-sufficient by developing their own business model or be integrated in the existing labor market.

The SaWC Team Supervisor will be responsible for the coordination, supervision and support of the Senior CW/PSS Case Workers & CP PSS workers by ensuring good delivery of the CP activities in the area of intervention. The supervisor will support the development of Senior CW/PSS casework and PSS services and will provide training and coaching to his/her team. The Team Supervisor ensures regular monitoring of all Case Work activities and for children, and maintains overview on cases. The supervisor will also supervise workers in delivering both static and mobile PSS activities for children and

The team leader will support and implement the activities in the shelters. He/she will aid in identifying target beneficiaries in shelters, in addition to planning the outreach and distribution activities. Weekly reports on the target achievement will be generated. The focal person will take responsibility over case referral, management and follow up from the shelters to the PHC or hospital when needed.
