The Psychosocial Support Worker plays a direct role in carrying out psychosocial support activities and awareness sessions for individuals in need, with a particular focus on identifying safe spaces for children and ensuring that all activities align with Child Safeguarding Standards.

The SaWC Team Supervisor will be responsible for the coordination, supervision and support of the Senior CW/PSS Case Workers & CP PSS workers by ensuring good delivery of the CP activities in the area of intervention. The supervisor will support the development of Senior CW/PSS casework and PSS services and will provide training and coaching to his/her team. The Team Supervisor ensures regular monitoring of all Case Work activities and for children, and maintains overview on cases. The supervisor will also supervise workers in delivering both static and mobile PSS activities for children and

The team leader will support and implement the activities in the shelters. He/she will aid in identifying target beneficiaries in shelters, in addition to planning the outreach and distribution activities. Weekly reports on the target achievement will be generated. The focal person will take responsibility over case referral, management and follow up from the shelters to the PHC or hospital when needed.

The Basic Literacy Supporter conducts psychological support activities and works in collaboration with the Senior PSS Worker.

M&E Officer will have a key role in establishing and promoting use of M&E systems and processes at field level in order to strengthen MF RHSU’s capacity to measure and demonstrate strategic impact, ensure accountability to ourselves, children, donors and partners, and to ensure and increase the quality of our work. M&E Officers will specifically support regional program staff in implementing M&E systems and processes in program design, implementation and evaluation, paying particular attention to monitoring and evaluating program quality, results and impact.
