The purpose of the finance assistant role is to support the finance officer by making data entry, expense tracking, and maintaining accounting records. This role ensures the timely processing of accounts payable and receivable, cash, and bank transactions. By doing so, the finance assistant helps uphold operational efficiency, facilitates accurate financial reporting, and supports the overall financial management and successful implementation of projects.

As a Travel Administrator, you’ll support project implementation by providing travel booking support for all project personnel flying in and out of Lebanon. This includes making flight and hotel bookings by liaising with project management regarding consultants’ mobilisation, demobilisation, and regular rotational leave travel requirements.

The role will primarily involve conducting face-to-face surveys within the communities of (a) the governorates of the South and Nabatieh OR (b) the districts of Chouf and Aley. This research is intended to collect information on social tensions and related dynamics within these areas. The Data Collector will be responsible for conducting approximately 150-200 household interviews over a 5-6 week period, ensuring the collection of high-quality data that accurately reflects the community's perceptions and experiences. The Data Collector will report directly to ARK’s Field Coordinator.

We have a unique opportunity for an Administration Officer to join ARK's Corporate Services team on an initial 4-month contract until June 2024, with an immediate start.

The Videographer/Editor will work on the UK-funded National Security Assistance Programme which seeks to strengthen resilience of the Lebanese army. The video editor will provide support in creating, producing and editing video content for an online client facing website.

The communications department at ARK Group is recruiting a Beirut-based Videographer and Editor to support filming and original content creation for an online platform promoting political accountability, women empowerment, political participation, and education on citizens’ rights in Lebanon. The objective of the platform is to encourage and support citizens and civil society to engage in and influence change that results in or contributes to greater efficiency, responsiveness and/or accountability.
