Field Coordinator

The MEAL Coordinator holds a key leadership role in enhancing Anera's Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) framework in Jordan. This position is critical for ensuring that Anera's projects uphold the highest standards of accountability, efficiency, and effectiveness. Reporting directly to the Country Director, the MEAL Coordinator will oversee the entire MEAL strategy, promoting a culture of transparency and iterative learning. This position requires extensive travel to project sites and a strong commitment to capacity building and stakeholder engagement.

The position is responsible for the overall coordination and implementation of Anera's Youth Development and Employment program activities in the field. This role ensures the selection, engagement, and satisfaction of youth, adherence to program criteria, and quality of service delivery. The incumbent will act as a liaison between beneficiaries, families, local stakeholders and implementing partners, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with program objectives.

The position is responsible for the overall coordination and day-to-day implementation of Agriculture program activities in the field. This role ensures the identification, screening, selection, engagement, and satisfaction of beneficiaries, adherence to program criteria, and quality of service delivery. The incumbent will act as a liaison between beneficiaries, local stakeholders, and the organization, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with program objectives.

The Agriculture Engineer will lead and provide technical assistance and oversight to Anera’s agriculture projects in Jordan, primarily focusing on setting up rooftop gardens and other anticipated agriculture projects. This role is crucial for ensuring the design, implementation, and success of agricultural activities to enhance community livelihoods and sustainable agricultural practices.

The Finance and Operations Manager will oversee the financial operations, grants management, human resources, compliance, procurement, and logistics for our Jordan office. This position will play a key role in outsourced accounting functions, with a strategic view towards potentially bringing these services in-house, collaborating closely with program staff to develop project budgets, managing partner grants and ensuring compliance.
