Provision, Design, and Delivery of Supplies, Equipment, and Installation Services for the Creation of Backyard Gardens
Scope of Work
arche noVa invites qualified and eligible suppliers to submit their bids for a one-year framework agreement covering:
- Design of customized backyard garden systems per plot, based on on-site conditions and beneficiary needs;
- Supply and delivery of gardening tools, seedlings, organic inputs, irrigation systems, and structural components;
- Full setup and installation of backyard garden systems on-site, including fencing, planting beds, and irrigation layouts;
- Technical setup and configuration for each garden, ensuring full operability and household usability;
- Transportation, offloading, and supervision of the complete setup process at designated locations in North Lebanon and Akkar.

Submission Requirements
Interested suppliers must submit:
- Technical Proposal – including their methodology for design, supply, and setup.
- Financial Proposal – sealed separately.
- Both documents must be submitted in sealed envelopes, placed within a single outer envelope, and delivered to:

Eligibility Criteria
- Companies must be legally registered in Lebanon and possess valid commercial registration and VAT documentation.
- Attendance at the Clarification Meeting on 20 May 2025 is mandatory for participation.
