MAIN DUTIES
Activity Coordination
Contribute to the development of the center’s activities in coordination with the Al-Jana team.
Outreach to children and youth and encourage them to participate in the center’s activities.
Support the implementation of the Youth Volunteers Programme at the Center.
Support the implementation of awareness-raising sessions and campaigns
Support the implementation of Youth Program activities including small business support and youth-led initiatives.
Coordinate and support the referral of Psycho-Social Support Program Components, in coordination with the PSS team.
Training
Support and deliver employability, entrepreneurship, and Life Skills training workshops following a preset curriculum.
Support the trainers and youth during the implementation of TVET workshops, and Technology Training.
Deliver awareness-raising sessions and lead awareness-raising campaigns.
Administration
Support administrative work related to the center including the development of action plans, reporting (monthly and quarterly), and others.
Support logistics work related to the center including required maintenance and office supplies among others
Facilitate the implementation of project-related training workshops for staff and volunteers
Support project internal monitoring and evaluation processes
Participate in project meetings and UN coordination meetings/working groups at the field level and provide regular feedback
Represents ARCPA in related events
Performs other job-related tasks as requested by the supervisor
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Technical
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Technology, Information Management, Management Information Systems, Sociology, Education Fields
At least two years of experience working in youth development, or in an educational setting related to training and development specialized in Youth Programmes (life skills, entrepreneurship skills, and employability skills.).
Creativity and initiative to independently lead projects.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to lead workshops for groups of youth and caregivers.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
Comfortable conducting outreach activities is a must.
Ability to be flexible and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Cultural sensitivity/excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
English proficiency is a must.

WORKING CONDITIONS
The incumbent is required to work 6 days a week
Working hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. during the winter season and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. during the summer season
